Overview

RMSP1 is a preclinical peptide-based therapy developed by Remedi for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. It is a dual-functional peptide derived from the Speckled protein (SP) family, combining cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) properties with anti-inflammatory activity. Utilizing Remedi's proprietary intra-dermal delivery technology (IDDT) platform, RMSP1 is designed to penetrate cells and inhibit the NF-κB and STAT3 signaling pathways, thereby reducing the inflammatory response associated with skin conditions.
