Overview

RMX-GPC3 is a therapeutic radiopharmaceutical being developed as a theragnostic agent targeting glypican-3 (GPC3), an antigen highly expressed in several solid malignancies, including hepatocellular carcinoma, urological cancers, yolk sac tumors, and ovarian cancers. The drug is designed to address unmet needs in both the diagnosis and treatment of GPC3-positive neoplasms. Its mechanism involves inhibiting GPC3, which plays a role in tumor growth and proliferation. RMX-GPC3 is currently in preclinical development by RadioMedix[1][2].
