**RMX-VH** is a radiotracer ligand developed by RadioMedix and Vect-Horus that targets the **low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR)**, overexpressed in cancers such as glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). It enables crossing of the blood-brain barrier for effective tumor imaging, serving as a companion diagnostic for future targeted alpha therapy (TAT). Labeled forms include **68Ga-RMX-VH** (PET imaging) and **203Pb-RMX-VH-PIB** (SPECT imaging), with preclinical and exploratory clinical studies demonstrating favorable targeting in vitro, in vivo, and in patients.[1][2][3][4]
