RMX-VH-PIB is a radio-theranostic agent being co-developed by Vect-Horus and RadioMedix. It is designed to treat glioblastoma (GBM) and other tumors, such as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, that overexpress the Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR). The drug utilizes Vect-Horus's VECTrans® technology to facilitate its passage across the blood-brain barrier and enhance tumor targeting.
