RN1101 is an allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy that targets both **B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)** and **B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 (CD19)**. It is being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell or plasma cell-derived malignant tumors, including **multiple myeloma** and various B-cell lymphomas.
