Overview

RN1201 is an investigational allogeneic cell therapy designed for the treatment of antibody-mediated diseases and certain autoimmune diseases refractory to standard therapies. The product consists of genetically modified immune cells targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD19, which are key markers for B cell lineage and function. Its intended mechanism is to deplete pathogenic B cells, thereby suppressing aberrant antibody production. Patients typically receive RN1201 infusion following a lymphodepletion regimen. The drug is being evaluated for safety, response rate, B-cell depletion, and immune reconstitution in clinical studies.
