Overview

RN9101 is an experimental *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target both CD19 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). Unlike conventional *ex vivo* CAR-T therapies, which require the extraction and laboratory modification of a patient's T cells, RN9101 is engineered to produce CAR-T cells directly within the patient's body following a single intravenous infusion. This approach aims to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the time to treatment. Developed by The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University, RN9101 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
