Overview
RNDO-Program 4 is a bispecific antibody being developed by Rondo Therapeutics for the treatment of renal cancer. The molecule is designed to simultaneously target CD3 and CD28 on T cells, along with an undisclosed tumor-associated antigen (TAA) on renal cancer cells. By engaging both the primary activation signal (CD3) and the co-stimulatory signal (CD28), the drug aims to enhance T-cell recruitment, activation, and survival within the tumor microenvironment, potentially offering improved efficacy and persistence over traditional CD3-only T-cell engagers. The program is currently in the lead optimization phase of preclinical development.
