Overview

**RNX-023** is a topical fixed-dose powder formulation being developed by Reponex for infected chronic skin ulcers. It combines **molgramostim**, recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor that activates local innate immune cells including neutrophils and macrophages through the GM-CSF receptor, with the broad-spectrum antibiotic **fosfomycin**, intended to eradicate wound pathogens including *Staphylococcus aureus*, *Pseudomonas aeruginosa*, MRSA, and other multidrug-resistant bacteria.
