Overview
RO5011232 is a small molecule compound developed as a radiotracer for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of the metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 (mGluR5) in the brain. The [11C]-labeled version ([11C]RO-5011232) has been used in clinical studies to assess mGluR5 receptor occupancy and distribution.
