Overview

RO6870810 + daratumumab is an investigational combination regimen in which RO6870810, a small molecule bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) protein inhibitor, is administered with daratumumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting CD38. RO6870810 inhibits BET family proteins (such as BRD4) involved in regulating the transcription of oncogenes (e.g., MYC), leading to possible inhibition of tumor growth, especially in multiple myeloma and other MYC-driven cancers. Daratumumab is an anti-CD38 antibody approved for multiple myeloma that acts through direct cytotoxicity and immune-mediated mechanisms. The combination is under clinical investigation for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, assessing safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy[1][3][5][7].
