Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RO7497987 (also known as RG6392) is an experimental cancer immunotherapy candidate developed by Roche. It was evaluated in a Phase 1, open-label, first-in-human study (NCT04642339) designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of single and multiple ascending intravenous doses in healthy adult volunteers. Although the specific biological target and mechanism of action have not been publicly disclosed, the drug was positioned within Roche's oncology and cancer immunotherapy portfolio. Following the completion of the healthy volunteer study, the program was removed from Roche's development pipeline and is no longer being actively pursued.
