RO7497987 (also known as RG6392) is an experimental cancer immunotherapy candidate developed by Roche. It was evaluated in a Phase 1, open-label, first-in-human study (NCT04642339) designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of single and multiple ascending intravenous doses in healthy adult volunteers.
