Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RO7502175 is a humanized, afucosylated immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody targeting C-C chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8). It is designed to selectively eliminate CCR8-positive regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment via enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), thereby reducing immunosuppression and potentially enhancing antitumor immune responses. The drug is being developed for use in solid tumors, both as monotherapy and in combination with checkpoint inhibitors such as atezolizumab. Preclinical studies have shown selective depletion of CCR8+ Tregs, minimal cytokine release, and a favorable safety profile[1][5][7].
