Overview

RO7507062 (also known as RG6382) is a novel CD19-targeting T-cell bispecific antibody (CD19TCB) developed by Roche for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and other autoimmune diseases. The molecule is designed to simultaneously bind to CD19 on B cells and CD3 on T cells, thereby facilitating T-cell-mediated depletion of pathogenic B cells. Optimized for subcutaneous administration, RO7507062 aims to achieve profound B-cell depletion while maintaining low systemic cytokine release, potentially offering a more accessible "off-the-shelf" alternative to B-cell-directed CAR-T cell therapies. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and pharmacodynamic effects in patients with SLE.
