Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Rocmaline is an oral combination of L-arginine and malic acid developed by FRiLAB. It is indicated for the treatment of asthenia (fatigue), presumed functional liver disorders, and metabolic support, and is also promoted as a sexual potentiator to help maintain erectile function. L-arginine acts as a precursor for nitric oxide synthesis, promoting vasodilation and blood flow, and participates in the urea cycle to aid in detoxification. Malic acid is a key intermediate in the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, supporting cellular energy production and reducing muscle fatigue.
