Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ROI-002 is a preclinical-stage immuno-oncology candidate developed by Revitope Oncology for the treatment of solid tumors. It is built upon the company's proprietary T-cell Engaged Antibody Construct (TEAC) platform, which employs a split-antibody approach. The system consists of two inactive components that must simultaneously bind to specific antigens on a single tumor cell to reconstitute a functional T-cell engager. This dual-antigen targeting (AND-gate logic) is designed to improve the therapeutic index by ensuring T-cell activation occurs only in the tumor microenvironment, thereby reducing systemic toxicity and off-target effects on healthy tissues.
