Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ROI-003 is a preclinical-stage immunotherapy candidate being developed by Revitope Oncology for the treatment of solid cancers. It is built upon Revitope's proprietary Precision Guided Immunotherapy (PGI) platform, which utilizes a "split" T-cell engager (TCE) architecture. This technology involves two separate, inactive protein components that are designed to bind to distinct antigens on the surface of a tumor cell. Only when both components are localized to the same cell do they assemble into a functional complex capable of recruiting and activating T-cells via the CD3 receptor. This dual-antigen targeting approach is intended to enhance tumor specificity and minimize systemic toxicities, such as cytokine release syndrome, which are often associated with traditional bispecific T-cell engagers.
