**Roleca-Wacholder 100 mg** is a German nonprescription herbal medicinal product supplied as an oral soft capsule containing 100 mg of juniper berry oil from *Juniperus communis* L. It is used for dyspeptic digestive complaints, including mild gastrointestinal cramping, flatulence, and postprandial fullness. The product was evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase IV study in adults with functional dyspepsia. Juniper oil is a chemically complex botanical essential-oil preparation; its digestive effects are not attributable to a single clinically established molecular target.
