Rollet-TC

Rollet-TC is a topical corticosteroid oral paste developed by Droplet Life Science for the treatment of inflammatory and ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa. It contains 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide, a synthetic corticosteroid that acts as a glucocorticoid receptor agonist to provide anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects. The formulation utilizes Orabase technology to ensure superior adhesion to the buccal mucosa, allowing the active ingredient to remain in contact with the lesion. It is indicated for conditions such as aphthous ulcers, stomatitis, and other acute or chronic lesions of the oral mucous membranes.
