Ropeginterferon alfa-2b (P1101) is a monopegylated long-acting interferon alpha 2b approved for the treatment of polycythemia vera and under investigation for essential thrombocythemia. It exerts antiviral, antiproliferative, anticancer, and immune-modulating effects by binding to type I interferon receptor and activating downstream signaling pathways[1][3][4]. Nivolumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), blocking its interaction with PD-L1/PD-L2 to restore T-cell mediated antitumor immunity. It is approved for multiple cancers including melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer[6][8]. Entecavir is an oral nucleoside analogue used as an antiviral agent against hepatitis B virus by inhibiting viral DNA polymerase activity.
