Overview

ROQA2 (also known as CAB-101) is a humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Roquefort Therapeutics. It targets Midkine, a growth factor highly expressed in various solid cancers. The drug is designed to inhibit Midkine-driven tumor progression and metastasis. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that ROQA2 significantly reduces lung metastasis in osteosarcoma models, supporting its potential as an anti-cancer therapy for solid tumors with high unmet clinical need such as osteosarcoma[1][2]. The program is currently at the preclinical development stage.
