**Ror2 CAB-CAR-T (CCT301-59)** is an autologous CAR-T cell therapy where patient T cells are genetically modified using a lentiviral vector to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting **ROR2** (receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2), incorporating proprietary **Conditionally Active Biologic (CAB)** technology. The CAB CAR activates specifically in the tumor microenvironment, binding a proprietary T-cell signaling domain to promote recognition and lysis of ROR2-expressing tumor cells. ROR2, involved in Wnt signaling, is upregulated in tumors like renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and multiple myeloma (MM), correlating with poor prognosis; preclinical data show potent antitumor activity without on-target off-tumor toxicity.[1][2][5][11]
