Rosacure

Rosacure is a line of topical dermocosmetic products and medical devices developed by General Topics (under the Synchroline brand) specifically for the management of skin affected by rosacea. The formulation is designed to address the primary symptoms of rosacea, including persistent redness (erythema), stinging, and burning sensations. The therapeutic effect is achieved through a combination of active ingredients: methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) provides anti-inflammatory benefits by modulating cytokine activity; silymarin acts as a potent antioxidant to protect against oxidative stress; and butylcyclohexanol serves as a TRPV1 antagonist to reduce sensory discomfort and skin reactivity. These components work synergistically to reinforce the skin barrier and mitigate the inflammatory response to environmental triggers.
