Rosemary (*Salvia rosmarinus*) is a perennial woody herb with a long history of medicinal use, primarily attributed to its bioactive polyphenolic constituents such as rosmarinic acid, carnosic acid, and carnosol. It exhibits significant antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties.
