Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Rosmir** is an autologous fibroblast cell therapy product approved in Korea for improving moderate to severe nasojugal grooves (tear trough deformities). It consists of cultured fibroblasts derived from a patient's own skin biopsy, which are expanded over 3-6 weeks and injected back into the dermal layer to stimulate collagen production, cytokine secretion, and dermal cell proliferation, thereby restoring skin structure and reducing wrinkles. Developed and manufactured by Tego Science, it represents the world's first approved cell therapy specifically for this cosmetic indication by the MFDS in 2017.
