rosomidnar

Rosomidnar is a first-in-class, 24-base, chemically unmodified DNA oligonucleotide designed to be complementary to the regulatory region upstream of the BCL2 gene. By binding this region, it inhibits expression of the BCL2 oncogene, which plays a key role in cell survival and resistance to apoptosis in certain cancers. Rosomidnar was developed as an investigational therapy for hematologic malignancies such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), Richter's syndrome, and other related cancers. The drug has been studied in both standard and liposomal formulations[1][3][4][8].
