ROSULA CLK

ROSULA CLK is a prescription topical kit developed by Bradley Pharmaceuticals (through its Doak Dermatologics subsidiary) for the treatment of acne vulgaris, acne rosacea, and seborrheic dermatitis. The kit consists of two distinct components: ROSULA Clarifying Wash and A-FIL Cream. The wash component contains 10% sodium sulfacetamide, 4% sulfur, and urea, providing antibacterial and keratolytic effects. Sodium sulfacetamide acts as a sulfonamide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial growth by competing with p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), while sulfur serves as a keratolytic agent to reduce inflammation and promote skin turnover. The A-FIL Cream component is a tinted sunscreen containing 5% meradimate and 5% titanium dioxide (SPF-25) to protect the skin from UV radiation, which can exacerbate rosacea and acne symptoms.
