Overview

RP-32661 is a small molecule inhibitor targeting Rac1, a member of the Rac family of small GTPases. It is being developed by Revere Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of solid tumors, with primary indications including colorectal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. The drug acts as an antineoplastic agent by inhibiting the activity of Rac1 GTP binding protein, which plays a key role in tumor cell migration, cytoskeletal rearrangement, and proliferation. As of March 2025, it remains in preclinical development with plans to file an IND application for solid tumors.
