Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RPH-075 is a biosimilar of pembrolizumab developed by R-Pharm. Pembrolizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death 1 receptor (PD-1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. By blocking PD-1, it enhances T lymphocyte activity against tumor cells. RPH-075 is being evaluated for equivalence in efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity compared to Keytruda (the reference pembrolizumab product) in patients with unresectable or metastatic skin melanoma and other malignant neoplasms. The drug is administered intravenously at a dose of 200 mg every three weeks[1][2][3][4][5].
