Overview

RPTR-1-004 is an investigational T-cell receptor (TCR) bispecific biologic being developed by Repertoire Immune Medicines in partnership with Pfizer for the treatment of prostate cancer, specifically metastatic prostate cancer. Discovered using Repertoire's proprietary DECODE platform, which maps the immune synapse to identify rare, tumor-selective TCR-epitope pairs, RPTR-1-004 is designed to redirect and activate polyclonal T cells to target and eliminate prostate cancer cells. The candidate is currently in the discovery stage of development.
