Overview

RPTR-1-005 is a preclinical-stage, tumor antigen-specific bispecific T-cell receptor (TCR) engaging molecule being developed by Repertoire Immune Medicines for the treatment of multiple solid tumors. Discovered using Repertoire's proprietary DECODE platform, which maps the immune synapse to identify TCR-epitope pairs, RPTR-1-005 is designed to redirect and activate a patient's own T cells to target and destroy tumor cells. The therapeutic candidate is administered parenterally and is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation.
