Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RPTR-1-201 is a T-cell receptor (TCR) bispecific development candidate designed to target a novel peptide selectively presented on multiple solid tumors. It is being developed as an immunotherapy for the treatment of a broad range of cancers, particularly solid tumors. The drug was discovered and optimized using Repertoire Immune Medicines' proprietary DECODE platform, which enables precision targeting of tumor antigens by harnessing T cell biology. As the first TCR bispecific from Repertoire to enter clinical development, RPTR-1-201 represents an innovative approach in cancer immunotherapy aimed at patients with limited treatment options[2].
