Overview

RPTR-1-301 is a preclinical-stage T-cell receptor (TCR) bispecific therapeutic candidate being developed by Repertoire Immune Medicines. Engineered using the company's proprietary DECODE platform, RPTR-1-301 is designed to treat head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and cervical cancer. As a TCR bispecific, the molecule functions by bridging the patient's own T cells with tumor cells. It features an engineered TCR domain that binds with high affinity and specificity to a tumor-selective peptide-HLA complex on cancer cells, fused to an anti-CD3 effector domain that recruits and activates polyclonal T cells to induce tumor cell lysis. RPTR-1-301 is currently in IND-enabling development.
