Overview

RPTR-147, also known as PRIME IL-15, is a novel autologous, non-genetically modified, multiclonal T cell therapy developed by Repertoire Immune Medicines. The product is derived from rare anti-tumor T cell clones isolated from the patient’s peripheral blood and primed against a curated set of tumor-associated antigens. These T cells are then loaded with an interleukin 15 Fc (IL‑15Fc) nanogel to enhance their persistence and activity. The therapy aims to increase tumor infiltration by both CD8+ and CD4+ T cells and promote anti-tumor immune responses in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors and lymphomas. Clinical studies have shown that the treatment is well tolerated with preliminary evidence of disease stabilization in some patients[1][2][6]. Development was discontinued after Phase 1 due to limited efficacy[3][5].
