RPTR-2-001 is an investigational, preclinical-stage therapeutic cancer vaccine being developed by Repertoire Immune Medicines for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Discovered and designed using Repertoire's proprietary DECODE platform, which maps the immune synapse to identify T-cell receptor (TCR)-epitope pairs, the vaccine is engineered to stimulate and expand a targeted repertoire of tumor-reactive T cells. By presenting tumor-specific antigens, RPTR-2-001 aims to direct the patient's immune system to selectively recognize and eliminate NSCLC cells, offering a potential off-the-shelf immunotherapeutic approach.
