Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RPTR-3-002 is an mRNA-based tolerizing vaccine being developed by Repertoire Immune Medicines in collaboration with Genentech for the prevention and treatment of an undisclosed autoimmune disease. Discovered using Repertoire's proprietary DECODE platform, which maps the immune synapse between T-cell receptors (TCRs) and their cognate antigenic epitopes, the therapy is designed to selectively expand regulatory T cells (Tregs) and restore immune homeostasis. By targeting specific T-cell epitopes, RPTR-3-002 aims to reset the immune system and provide durable remission without causing the generalized immunosuppression typical of conventional autoimmune therapies. The program is currently in the discovery stage.
