Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RPTR-3-003 is an investigational, preclinical-stage tolerizing vaccine being developed by Repertoire Immune Medicines in collaboration with Bristol Myers Squibb for the treatment of undisclosed autoimmune diseases. Discovered using Repertoire's proprietary DECODE T-cell receptor (TCR)-epitope discovery platform, the therapeutic is designed to selectively reset the immune system and restore immune homeostasis without causing broad immunosuppression. RPTR-3-003 utilizes an mRNA-based formulation delivered via lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to target disease-driving epitopes and induce antigen-specific immune tolerance.
