Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RPTR-3-004 is an investigational tolerizing therapy being developed under a strategic collaboration between Repertoire Immune Medicines and Eli Lilly for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Discovered using Repertoire's proprietary DECODE platform, which maps T-cell receptor (TCR)-epitope interactions to identify disease-driving immune signals, RPTR-3-004 is designed to selectively restore immune homeostasis and induce antigen-specific tolerance. This approach aims to provide durable disease remission without the generalized immune suppression associated with conventional autoimmune treatments. Repertoire leads the early-stage research and development activities through candidate nomination, after which Eli Lilly will assume responsibility for clinical development, manufacturing, and commercialization.
