RQ-01

RQ-01 is a recombinant polypeptide fusion inhibitor developed for intranasal administration as a treatment for mild COVID-19. It is designed to inhibit the fusion of SARS-CoV-2 with host cells, thereby reducing viral entry and replication. In Phase 1 clinical studies, RQ-01 was administered via nasal spray to adults with mild symptoms of COVID-19 who were at low risk for disease progression.
