RQ-2060

RQ-2060 is an mRNA-encoded T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by RNAcure for the treatment of various cancers. As an mRNA-based therapeutic, it is designed to be delivered into the patient's cells, which then translate the mRNA into a bispecific T-cell engager protein. This protein typically binds to a specific tumor-associated antigen on cancer cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells, thereby redirecting the patient's immune system to recognize and eliminate tumor cells.
