RR-101

RR-101 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Roadrunner Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, with a specific focus on refractory and drug-resistant cancers. As a bispecific ADC, RR-101 is engineered to recognize and bind to two different tumor-associated antigens simultaneously, a strategy intended to improve tumor selectivity, enhance internalization, and potentially overcome resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies. Once internalized by the cancer cell, the ADC releases a cytotoxic payload to induce cell death. Roadrunner Therapeutics anticipates filing its first Investigational New Drug (IND) application for its pipeline, which includes RR-101, in 2027.
