Overview
RR-301 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Roadrunner Therapeutics for the treatment of refractory and drug-resistant solid tumors. As a bispecific ADC, it is engineered to recognize two different tumor-associated antigens, which potentially increases tumor selectivity and payload internalization compared to monospecific ADCs.
