RR-401

RR-401 is a preclinical bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Roadrunner Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, with a specific focus on refractory and drug-resistant cancers. As a bispecific ADC, RR-401 is engineered to recognize and bind to two different tumor-associated antigens simultaneously. This dual-targeting strategy is intended to increase the selectivity for cancer cells over healthy tissue, enhance the internalization of the drug-antibody complex, and potentially overcome resistance mechanisms that limit the efficacy of conventional monospecific ADCs.
