Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RS-001 is a CAR-T cell therapy targeting CD19 and expressing membrane-bound interleukin-15 (mbIL15) on double-negative T cells (DNTs). It is being developed for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, including high grade B-cell lymphoma, mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma, and Philadelphia positive acute lymphocytic leukaemia. The therapy aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by combining the specificity of CD19-targeted CAR-T cells with the proliferative and survival benefits conferred by mbIL15 expression. Multiple companies are developing similar or related products under the name RS-001[3][4][5].
