RS2102

RS2102 is an investigational biologic therapy being developed by Atridia for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It is a selective interleukin-2 (IL-2) receptor agonist designed to preferentially expand and activate regulatory T cells (Tregs) to restore immune homeostasis. By modulating the IL-2 pathway, RS2102 aims to suppress the autoimmune response characteristic of SLE while minimizing the activation of pro-inflammatory effector T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. The drug is administered via subcutaneous injection and is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in Australia to assess its safety, tolerability, and pharmacodynamic effects on immune cell populations, including markers such as CD25 and Ki67.
