RSLV-145 is a preclinical, fully human bispecific nuclease Fc fusion protein developed by Resolve Therapeutics. It combines both RNase and DNase catalytic activities fused to an engineered antibody Fc domain. The drug is designed to digest extracellular RNA, DNA, and neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), thereby antagonizing the inflammatory properties of these nucleic acids. By removing these pro-inflammatory molecules from circulation, RSLV-145 aims to prevent immune system activation and resolve inflammation without causing immunosuppression or immunogenicity. Its primary therapeutic potential lies in autoimmune diseases involving NETosis—such as lupus, lupus nephritis, vasculitis—and other conditions driven by cell-free nucleic acids[1][2][3].
