Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Rsol-DSR Capsule is a combination pharmaceutical drug used to treat symptoms of acid reflux, stomach ulcers, peptic ulcer disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, and Crohn's disease-associated ulcers. It contains two active ingredients: Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid production by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme, and Domperidone, a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist that increases the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract and blocks the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) to prevent vomiting. The drug is manufactured by Solvix Pharma.
