Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RSV broadly neutralizing antibody (including the lead candidate R66) is a fully human monoclonal antibody being developed by Eliteimmune for the prophylaxis of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. Discovered using Eliteimmune's proprietary CellProbe and CellSeq platforms, the antibody was isolated from an elite human donor and optimized to exhibit potent and broad neutralizing activity against diverse RSV clinical isolates. Eliteimmune is also developing next-generation bispecific and multispecific formats of the antibody designed to target distinct viral epitopes, such as the RSV fusion (F) protein, to prevent viral entry and provide robust protection. The candidate is currently in Phase I clinical development.
