RT-105

RT-105 is an orally administered biosimilar of adalimumab, developed using Rani Therapeutics' proprietary RaniPill platform. The drug is being developed in partnership with Celltrion, which supplies the adalimumab biosimilar drug substance (CT-P17) for this product. RT-105 aims to provide an oral alternative to injectable forms of adalimumab for the treatment of chronic inflammatory conditions such as psoriatic arthritis and potentially other diseases where TNF-alpha inhibitors are indicated. The RaniPill technology enables the oral delivery of biologics that would otherwise require subcutaneous or intravenous administration[1][2][3][4][7].
