RT-AR001

RT-AR001 is a preclinical small-molecule adenosine A2b receptor antagonist being developed as a precision immuno-oncology therapy for solid tumors. It is designed to block adenosine-mediated immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing antitumor T‑cell activity and improving responses to cancer treatment.[1][5][7][9] RT-AR001 is differentiated by an intratumoral nano- or microparticle formulation intended to achieve higher local drug concentrations and better tumor infiltration compared with systemic delivery, and originates from a proprietary adenosine immuno-modulator portfolio initially developed by Rebus Holdings and now advanced by Inspyr Therapeutics.[1][2][3][5][7][9]
